"Da Rosetta " is a tourist activity located in the most ancient street of San Gimignano, on the original way of “Via Francigena”. At the side of this road, in 1283, "Donna Nobile” Hospital was built while in 1334, in a nearby building, Convent of “Santa Maria Maddalena” was located. Parallel to the main street of San Gimignano is “Via delle Romite” whose name comes from that ancient, until 1810 active convent.
