Villa Pietre Focaie

Pietre Focaie" (flint) is dated at the beginning of 1900 and is located in the middle of a 4 hectares country: olive grove and vineyard. The Villa stands on the territory named Pietre Focaie which is registered on some maps since 1400. From the gardens and the terraces the sight is really breathtaking: San Gimignano with its outstandig towers and the wonderful Tuscany hills all around. The location is near Florence, which is only 45 minutes far, Siena and Volterra, which are 30 minutes and Pisa which can be reached in one hour. The Villa has been recently restored preserving all the typical structure of the buildings in this territory, such as roofs with wood beams, brick arches and stone walls. The Villa is composed by a beautiful living room, five double rooms comprising toilets, a dining room and a fireplace room.

Pietre Focaie" has a wonderful swimming pool 20 x 10 metres, tennis court, veranda as well as a barbecue for your own dinners. The swimming pool is complete of deckchairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. The tennis court is at your complete disposal for the whole day upon booking. Under the veranda you have confortable tables and chairs, a billiard table, ping-pong and table football.

Pietre Focaie" has five rooms carefully restored and furnished. All rooms have their toilet, wardrobe, LCD TV sets and TV SAT. Four of them are double and another one has two single beds. Pietre Focaie" will receive the guests in a beautiful dining room for lunch and dinner. Our cooking service will give you the opportunity to manage lunch and dinner accordingly to all your needs. We will take care of service and menu. you will just have to take a seat and enjoy all the good old plates of Tuscany.
