Accommodation detail

The ancient Molino di Foci dates back to the XVII century and was originnally a working water-mill. After several years of abandon, it has been lovingly restored and transformed into a bed and Breakfast. It is Located 4km ( 2,4 miles) away from the historic medieval centre of San Gimignano and only 800 meters ( (0,250 miles) from the main road, in the heart of green, quiet Tuscan countryside surrounded by swaving grain fields and sunflowers.

A Large outdoor terrace and swimming pool ( 14 x 7) are perfect added comforts making Molino di Foci the ideal place to relax unwind and appreciate the quietnese colours, and tastes of this beautiful region. Car parking is at guests disposal.

Interior :

You'll find the Tuscan style and typical colours in all the rooms and communal areas and feel the warmth and unique atmosphere of our hospitality. All rooms ( 2 of wich superior) are spacious and fornished in typical tuscan Style with ensuite bathroom ( shower/wc) telephone and satellite TV. Our breakfast are based on a plantiful buffet with a choice of hot drinks. The cosy bar area serves drinks and tasty snack, both at lunch and dinner.
