The hotel is located in a quiet and well-lit area of the historic centre, just a few steps from paying car park no.3. Occupying the entire second and top floor of an exclusive old building, it is the perfect place to spend a pleasant holiday in the heart of Tuscany. Thanks to the hotel's location, the main streets and squares, rich in art and culture as well as shops selling local craftsmanship, are within easy reach. Indeed, guests can choose from souvenirs, leather goods, clothing and traditional foods. The areas surrounding the hotel are full of typical neighbourhood establishments including bars, pastry shops and excellent restaurants. The rooms were very carefully refurbished in 2005 and offer top-quality comfort and facilities. We will be pleased to recommend the many available historical-cultural experiences and gastronomic and wine tours to our guests.

The hotel is accessible on foot from car park no. 3 and from the "Porta San Matteo" bus stop, or using the shuttle bus from the other parking facilities. Our building occupies an entire block on Via S. Piero and is easily recognizable because the façade is decorated with street artwork. The entrance door is under the balcony. Alternatively, upon your arrival, we would be very happy to receive you at our centrally-located shop at no. 12 Via San Giovanni and from there we will personally escort you to your accommodation. All the major tourist destinations in Tuscany are easily accessible from the town of San Gimignano.

We offer our guests four comfortable twin or double rooms, as well as private apartments with a range of accommodations suitable for 2-8 people (+ 2 extra beds). All rooms have a private bathroom with a large shower, satellite LCD TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen and common relaxation area. Secure bicycle parking available. Some rooms also have a small balcony and home cinema room with satellite TV and DVD. Apartments have a full kitchen and living room or relaxation area, and some also have a balcony.
